Miss Cubison is an experienced Medico-legal Expert, who is happy to produce formal Reports and attend Court where necessary. Reports can be compiled from documentation and photographs, with or without actual examination of the Patient. As the clinical Lead for Paediatric Burns Miss Cubison provides Child Protection advice throughout the South East Region. She is able, therefore, to provide an Expert Witness Service in Child Protection cases on a local and national basis.
We understand that Medico-legal Reports, especially those in Child Protection Cases, can often be required urgently, and we therefore offer a Premium Plus Service to accommodate this.
